Teacher Association Research ('TA-research') in Cameroon (CAMELTA)
The Cameroon English Language & Literature Teachers Association (CAMELTA) has been development of 'Teacher Association Research' ('TA-research') project since August 2013 . The project started with 170 teachers writing down their major classroom challenges and research questions they would like to investigate if they had the means and time to do so. This was followed up by the development and administration of an open-ended questionnaire to hundreds of members across the country.
